I have a special interest in:
Neurological conditions such as Parkinson’s, Muscular Dystrophy and MS.
Neck, shoulder and back pain (New Injuries and Long-term issues)
Strength training and injury prevention (Professional or weekend warriors)
Balance and falls prevention to help you stay active, steady, and confident
My approach focuses on practical, evidence-based care that supports real-life movement.
Why I get it
Having gone through a partial ACL rupture myself, I understand the rehab process first-hand — the ups, the setbacks, and the patience it takes to recover well.
My goal
To be the physio you trust for pain relief, recovery, and long-term movement, especially with neck, shoulder, and neurological challenges.
Outside the clinic
When I’m not working, you’ll probably find me:
Playing basketball
Rock climbing
Hiking my favourite trails
Food is life — Pad See Ew, sushi, or a juicy T-bone steak will always win me over.
And yes… my signature dance move is the Hot-Stepper. Ask me about it sometime.
