I love helping people move better, feel stronger, and get back to doing what they love — especially after injury or when pain has been hanging around longer than it should.
What I help with
My main areas of focus include:
Sports injuries (I’m a big fan of a good comeback story)
Chronic pain
Headaches and migraines
Low back pain
Strength training and rehabilitation
If it helps you move with more confidence and less pain, I’m all in.
Why I get it
I’ve had my fair share of injuries — including recurrent ankle sprains from basketball that eventually required arthroscopy to stabilise things. Going through rehab myself has given me a real appreciation for the physical and mental side of recovery, and it’s a big reason I’m so passionate about injury rehab and prevention.
My goal
To help as many people as possible achieve their short- and long-term health goals, with practical, evidence-based care that fits real life.
Outside the clinic
When I’m not in the clinic, you’ll usually find me:
On the basketball court (my favourite sport)
Training at the gym (strength training is non-negotiable)
Exploring new restaurants with my fiancé
If you love Italian food or a good lamb shank, we’ll get along just fine.
