Julius - Physiotherapist

Hi, I’m your physio!

I’m passionate about helping people move better and feel stronger, especially when it comes to tackling neurological conditions like Parkinson’s and Muscular Dystrophy or easing neck and shoulder pain.

I also love
incorporating strength training and fall prevention to keep you active and confident.

When I’m not working, you’ll probably find me playing basketball, scaling a rock wall, or hiking my favorite trails.

Food is life—give me a plate of Pad See Ew, sushi, or a juicy T-bone steak, and I’m happy. And yes, my signature dance move is the Hot-Stepper—ask me about it sometime!

Having gone through a partial ACL rupture myself, I understand the rehab journey firsthand.

My big goal? To be the person you trust for pain relief and recovery,
especially with neck, shoulder, and neurological challenges.

Let’s work together to get you moving again!

Meet Sarbi, our beloved four legged Support Specialist and Social Media Superstar!

When he's not busy chasing balls like a furry tornado, you can find him snuggling with his teddy bears or plotting his next snack attack on those elusive Dentastix treats.

Ayden - Physiotherapist

I'm a physio who loves to help people move better and feel their best.

My specialties? Sports injuries (because who doesn’t love a good comeback story?), chronic pain, headaches and migraines, low back pain, and strength training/rehab.
If it involves getting you back to doing what you love – I’m all in!

When I’m not in the clinic, you’ll find me on the basketball court (my favorite sport), breaking a sweat at the gym (because strength training is life), or indulging in my other love – trying out new restaurants with my fiancé. If you’re into Italian food or
lamb shanks, we’ll get along just fine!
I’ve had my fair share of injuries (recurrent rolled ankles from basketball – and yes, I had to get arthroscopy to stabilize them), but it’s only made me more passionate about injury recovery and prevention. I know exactly what it’s like to come back from an injury and I love helping others do the same.
Big news: I’m about to become a first-time dad this January – super excited to greet my little one! Long-term, I’ve got my sights set on taking my family to Europe for a
trip of a lifetime.
My mission is simple: help as many people as possible smash their short- and long-term health goals. Let’s do this!
